PROJECT SCOPE
The project consists of a three-story, 24,000 square foot, high-quality office building to be constructed of steel, glass and brick. The building includes a 5,000 square foot basement. Interior finishes include a polished granite floor and cherry hardwood paneling in the lobby, cherry hardwood office entry door and sidelite system, and a fully landscaped parking lot.
 
ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES
Architectural services included project design, preparation of construction drawings and specifications, cost estimate, bidding phase administration, and coordination of subconsultant services for civil, structural, mechanical and electrical disciplines.
