PROJECT SCOPE

2001 Study: The study was conducted to determine whether a new branch office was needed for Benton PUD in Prosser, Washington and, if so, the size of such a facility. The study also included growth projections and population trends for western Benton County. Our published report included a construction program and cost estimates.

2003 Study: This study consisted of investigating existing properties on Meade Avenue in Downtown Prosser for use as Benton PUD’s new customer service office. Our report included historical, structural and soils contamination investigations, site and space developments, and cost estimates.

2005 Study: We extended the above two studies to include investigation of a leased site at Prosser Airport and a site on Gap Road available for purchase. Our report included recommendations, updated growth projections, site developments, preliminary floor plans, and cost estimates.
