PROJECT SCOPE

The project included the addition of a new 2,500 square foot sanctuary and 2,500 square foot basement to an existing church facility in Kennewick, Washington. The daylight basement classrooms were designed to allow natural lighting into the spaces. The basement level education area also provides an elevator for handicap accessibility.

Reworking of the existing church facility included remodeling the kitchen, office and narthex areas. The existing sanctuary was revised for use as a fellowship hall.

ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES

Architectural services included project design, construction documents (drawings and specifications), cost estimate, bidding phase administration, construction phase administration and site observations, and coordination of subconsultant services for civil, structural, mechanical and electrical disciplines.
