PROJECT SCOPE

In 1999 our firm prepared design documents for the addition of a 1,700 square foot balcony to the existing sanctuary, with a seating capacity of 170 people. The shape of the balcony addition was designed to complement the shape of the existing sanctuary structure. The existing platform was also remodeled to provide additional space needed for musicians.

ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES

Architectural services included preliminary design, cost estimate, construction drawings, project administration, and site observations during construction.

ADDITIONAL WORK

In 2003, we performed a study on the feasibility of remodeling the existing youth center versus the cost of demolition and construction of a new facility. The study included floor plan options, cost estimates and recommendations for the youth center consisting of a fellowship hall, classrooms, kitchen, and restrooms.
