- PROJECT SCOPE
- We have provided architectural
services for several remodel and addition projects for All Saints Episcopal Church
in Richland, Washington, the most recent of which is the addition of an elevator for
handicap access to the parish hall on the lower level of the church.
- In 1998, we provided services for
the addition of a 1,920 square foot concrete and masonry lower-level education wing
designed as the future base for an upper floor nave and sanctuary addition. A new 900
square foot wood-frame serving kitchen wing was added and was designed to support an upper
floor nursery off the future expanded nave. The new 522 square foot serving kitchen
was designed to accommodate meal service for up to 200 persons. It was equipped with two
dishwashers, two double sinks, two refrigerators, one range and one double oven.
- The remodel included 2,500 square
feet of office and meeting room spaces. The education wing included three classrooms,
restroom and mechanical space and was designed to expand to a capacity of five classrooms
in the future.
