September, 2003 The project consists of a two-story, 7,400 square foot wood frame building addition to an existing church located in Hermiston, Oregon. The addition includes a fellowship hall with a daylight basement for eight classrooms and storage space. It is attached to the existing church entry by a glass breezeway. The addition also includes a large serving area (kitchen), new church offices, a senior citizens meeting room and patio, two sets of restrooms, and a paved parking lot on adjacent property. ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES Architectural services included preliminary design, cost estimate, construction documents (drawings and specifications), construction phase administration, site observations, and coordination of subconsultant services for civil, structural, mechanical and electrical disciplines.
