- PROJECT SCOPE
- Our office building began in 1980
with an existing concrete masonry automobile garage dating back to the early days of
Richland. We remodeled the structure and added on to it to form a 2,700 square foot office
building with three tenant spaces. The building was later expanded by an additional 720
square feet.
- The building is a single-story wood
and concrete masonry structure with stucco and redwood exterior finish and sloped tile and
flat asphalt roofs. Each tenant space has separate restrooms, heating and cooling systems.
