PROJECT SCOPE

The project consisted of a new 9,600 square foot, pre-engineered metal structure, designed as a four-tenant development building. It included the design of a commercial kitchen for one of the building's tenants. This building was designed with flexible mechanical, plumbing, electrical and communications systems so that it could accommodate future office, laboratory, machine shop and other industrial functions. The building is currently occupied by two microbreweries, a winery and a bakery.

ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES
Architectural services included project design, preparation of construction drawings and specifications, bidding phase administration, construction phase site observations and project administration; and coordination of subconsultant services for civil, structural, mechanical and electrical disciplines.
