The project
consisted of an 11,700 square foot warehouse/vehicle storage building; concrete slab on
grade with prefabricated steel building structural and prefinished metal roof and wall
panels.
ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES
Architectural services included project design, preparation of
construction drawings and specifications, cost estimate, bidding phase administration,
construction phase site observations and project administration; and coordinate of
subconsultant services for civil, structural, mechanical and electrical disciplines.
