PROJECT SCOPE
The project consisted of a new 10,672 square foot facility, including space for six fire trucks and one ambulance, and living quarters for five fire personnel. Living quarters included a kitchen, lounge area, physical fitness room, and office area for public access to the fire station.
 
ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES
Architectural services included project design, preliminary cost estimate, preparation of construction drawings and specifications, bidding phase administration, and construction phase site observations and project administration, and coordination of subconsultant services for civil, structural, mechanical and electrical disciplines.
