ACUTE CARE ADDITION
This project consists of a two-story, 20,898 square foot hospital addition. 9,000 square feet on the second floor are to be utilized as 18 private acute care patient rooms, including all required associated nursing support spaces. The first floor consists of shelled-in space for emergency department, pharmacy and lab areas to be completed in March, 2000.

FIRST FLOOR BUILD-OUT
This project consists of the development of 11,185 s.f. of shelled-in space into new, enlarged Emergency Department, pharmacy and lab spaces. The new Emergency Department will include two major treatment rooms, three minor treatment rooms, five examination rooms, and a five-bed rapid treatment suite.
 
Completion Date: March, 2000
 
Cost: $1,467,000
 
PEDIATRICS
This project included the development of 5,200 s.f. of existing and new expansion space. The remodel provided space for eleven state-of-the-art pediatric rooms and nurse station. The expansion provided nurse support areas, such as a library space and reports room.
