- PROJECT SCOPE
- The project consisted of a facade
upgrade. Our client desired a building more modern in appearance that would convey an
advanced technology, in keeping with the sales of satellite dishes. The metal fascia,
stucco and split-faced CMU walls help convey that image and were selected for their
longevity.

- Architectural services included
project design, preliminary cost estimate, preparation of construction drawings, bidding
phase administration, and construction phase site observations and project administration.
