JASON M. ARCHIBALD, AIA
PRINCIPAL ARCHITECT

Jason graduated Magna cum Laude from Washington State University, and has provided architectural solutions in the Tri-Cities for over ten years.   He has been responsible for designing business offices, medical offices, retail centers, and industrial buildings.  Jason is experienced in all phases of architectural services including building design, project management and construction administration.

Eric joined the firm of Dillman-Luvaas in 1998 after graduation from the University of Idaho.  He has been responsible for designing commercial spaces, medical facilities, churches, retail centers, industrial buildings and residential architecture.  Eric is experienced in all phases of architectural services including building design, project management and construction administration.

JAMES R. DILLMAN, AIA
PRINCIPAL ARCHITECT

Jim Dillman has had over 40 years of professional architectural experience after graduating from the University of Washington in 1965.  Eight of those years involved employment by large Seattle-area architectural firms including NBBJ Group, where he worked on high-rise office and hospital buildings.  He founded the private practice as James R. Dillman Associates in Richland, Washington, and later incorporated as Dillman-Luvaas Architects, P.S.  Jim’s experience encompasses all phases of architectural services for a wide variety of project types, including fire stations, medical facilities, office buildings, churches, commercial, industrial facilities, motels, laboratories, and single-family and multi-family housing.

LYMAN T. LUVAAS AIA
SENIOR ARCHITECT
Lyman (Ted) Luvaas joined the firm of James R. Dillman Associates in 1976 and ten years later, joined with Mr. Dillman in forming the corporation of Dillman-Luvaas Architects, P.S.
 
Ted’s professional experience has encompassed various types of projects, including medical facilities, churches, schools, fire stations, office buildings, laboratories, motels, and electronic equipment facilities.
 
Ted’s responsibilities with the firm include design, project administration, production drawings, specification writing, construction phase administration, and cost estimating.   His expertise in cost estimating has resulted in his estimates consistently being within five percent of the average bidder.

Ted Luvaas joined the firm in 1976 after graduating from the University of Idaho. His responsibilities include design, construction drawings, specifications, cost estimating and administration for medical, commercial, industrial and residential architecture.
